Overview

V-Nova develops and commercialises advanced video and data technologies, including MPEG-5 LCEVC, SMPTE VC-6 and V-Nova PresenZ. MPEG-5 LCEVC is the latest video and image standard from MPEG and sits at the core of our IP, product strategy and go-to-market approach.
We are looking for a technically strong individual who is passionate about building real-world software products and is interested in applying their software engineering, solution architecture, or technical delivery experience in a product-focused role. This position is well suited to candidates who have worked closely with product teams and are ready to step into a more strategic and customer-facing product leadership position.
As Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how V-Nova’s technology is adopted across our client ecosystem and target markets. You will work closely with management, sales, and engineering to understand customer and market requirements and translate them into clear, prioritised product outcomes.
You will lead demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value of our technology while influencing product direction. Working closely with engineering and delivery teams, you will help translate technical possibilities into robust, scalable software products and reference integrations across open-source projects and leading industry platforms.
This is a hands-on, technically focused role for someone who enjoys bridging engineering, customer needs, and commercial strategy. You will help evolve our LCEVC technology into practical, deployable solutions that deliver measurable customer value while shaping the long-term product roadmap.
You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Engineering, and Delivery teams, helping align the organisation around a shared product vision and strengthening V-Nova’s position as a leader in next-generation video compression technology.
