This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit marketing and communications team focused on successful communication campaigns and event planning and execution.   

The successful candidate will have a big impact on maximising the market perception of V-Nova, its technologies and its products through the planning and execution of events, such as tradeshows, conferences and webinars, as well as in supporting the ATL and BTL comms initiatives. 

The ideal candidate will have a marketing background with experience within Tech in B2B marketing and events management, is a hands-on individual who provides attention to detail and consistency in the planning and execution of communications initiatives and events, and is dependable to deliver on time and on budget. 

The role will also require an element of global travel to attend and supervise events.


Event Management 

  • Identification, selection, execution and delivery of events (tradeshows, conferences, webinars, talks, panels, etc.) 
  • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet and exceed expectations 
  • Managing external suppliers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders  
  • Planning resource requirements, critically reviewing priorities and keeping to project timelines delivering events according to plan, on time and on budget 
  • Critically review priorities to keep to project timelines, providing leadership, clarity and direction to all in-house stakeholders 
  • Travelling to on-site locations to coordinate, manage and supervise events when required 
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience and quality delivery 


Promotional Materials and Digital Content Management 

  • Content management for all V-Nova web properties 
  • Content management for Social Media channels - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. 
  • Paid Strategy Execution: Google Analytics, Google Adwords 
  • Management of Brand assets and guidelines 
  • Implementing internal and external e-mail marketing campaigns 
  • Creation of brochures, product sheets and other digital assets in coordination with the Product Management team  
  • Image sourcing and editing on Adobe Suite is a desirable 


Internal comms and marketing operations 

  • Managing internal comms to update, educate and inspire the rest of the company  
  • Manage internal content distribution and the Marketing Hub  
  • Raise Marketing POs in line with the agreed budget 



  • Support in articulating a PR strategy agreed with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Identify, shortlist, and recommend best comms opportunities in line with V-Nova’s priority topics  
  • Ensure successful PR execution by working with the PR agency and relevant internal and external stakeholders 
  • Coordinate and prepare press meetings 
  • B2B and B2C PR campaign management worldwide, and specifically in UK, EMEA and US 
  • Monitoring press coverage worldwide 


Relevant experience in the following:

  • Event Management 
  • PR and external communications 
  • Campaign management 
  • B2B Marketing in a Tech environment 
  • Web administration 
  • Digital Marketing
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and business analysis
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Wordpress and Adobe Creation Suite would be beneficial

In addition, we are looking for someone with:

  • A hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task across a wide range of tasks
  • Proven ability to operate flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative are a must.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Keen attention to detail and quality focused
