    This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit team of exceptional professionals focused on successful communication campaigns and event planning and execution. The successful candidate will have a big impact on maximising the market perception of V-Nova and its products through the planning and execution of ATL and BTL campaigns as well as industry and customer specific events, such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions.

    The ideal candidate is a marketing innovative and creative individual who provides attention to detail in planning and execution of campaigns and events on budget.




    • The main point of contact for the company’s global PR
    • Responsible for articulating a PR strategy agreed by all stakeholders and ensuring its execution
    • Working with multiple agencies to deliver V-Nova’s worldwide PR strategy
    • Relationship building with analysts and journalists
    • Organise press meetings and conference calls for interviews
    • B2B and B2C PR campaign management worldwide, and specifically in UK, EMEA and US

    Comms Management

    • Social Media Management and Paid Strategy - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, Google Analytics, Google Adwords
    • Working alongside the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to manage the global Communications strategy
    • Website content management
    • Global communications with regional partners and resellers
    • Support in writing Press releases, Case Studies, Newsletters and product articles for industry press
    • Helping to develop the company’s online and print advertising budget
    • Monitoring press coverage worldwide
    • Implementing internal and external e-mail marketing campaigns
    • Brand management
    • Creation of brochures, datasheets and image editing

    Events Management:

    • Development, production and execution of events from when they enter the managed events calendar, right up to delivery
    • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet and exceed expectations
    • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
    • Managing supplier relationships
    • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
    • Planning resource requirements and coordinating the event team throughout
    • Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to all other colleagues supporting an event
    • Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events
    • Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
    • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
