An exciting opportunity to join an innovative and growing company to develop and secure both direct and indirect sales to key customers.


The position, as an individual contributor, must have a solid understanding of streaming video technologies and the ability to reach both technical and business stakeholders to provide consultative & strategic sales through new and existing relationships.

This will require strong interpersonal and relationship capabilities, credibility with potential customers, and a strong business acumen.


You will report to the SVP of Global Sales, working alongside the other sales team members, and collaborating with other V-Nova functions as required (e.g., Product team, Marketing, Partner Managers, Project Management, Engineering, Legal, etc.).


  • Identifying, prioritising and assessing commercial opportunities – directly and through V-Nova partners;
  • Delivering on quarterly targets with high value deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to key stakeholders within organisations.
  • Establishing strong Key Account relationships resulting in commercial outcomes;
  • Qualifying these opportunities and driving advancement along the sales process to closure, supported by Technical Sales team;
  • Building and managing relationships, including ongoing maintenance of the assigned accounts;
  • Using Salesforce CRM to detail sales activity, forecasting and reporting;
  • Liaising with the ‘Delivery’ function and Project Managers to ensure successful deployment of implementation projects for the assigned accounts;
  • Representing V-Nova at exhibitions and events;
  • Providing regular status updates to the management team.

The applicant will:

  • Have a proven and consistent track record of sales success;
  • Have worked for at least 3 years’ in a technology sales or Account Management role, closing commercial deals that may have involved multiple partners or SI’s, and winning repeat business from established accounts;
  • Have experience selling OTT solutions within the Media industry;
  • Have an ability to successfully build and manage effective relationships with decision makers and influencers within accounts;
  • Be adaptable and flexible, at ease working in a fast moving organisation with changes in direction and resetting of priorities;
  • Be tenacious and detailed in approach to getting the sale.


  • At least 3 years’ technology sales experience both winning new customers and developing established accounts;
  • Experience in the Media sector, and ideally specific experience selling into companies requiring an OTT or IPTV solution;
  • Experience of selling through System Integrator/VAR companies as well as directly;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the different customer business models – AVOD, TVOD, SVOD etc.;
  • Strong commitment and drive to deliver;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to quality as it relates to reporting, follow-up, CRM use and meeting preparation;
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis across EMEA;
  • Experience of using a CRM (Salesforce) platform to manage sales process;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • Good presentation experience.
