Founded in 2011 as part of a growing consortium of leading global partners, V-Nova™ aims to serve multiple industry segments, including broadcasting, aerospace & defence, security, video conferencing, medical imaging and telematics.



This newly appointed role has been created in response to the growth of the Product Marketing Function and the importance of building a high performing Product & Solutions team.


This role will have a big impact in maximising V-Nova’s revenue through the articulation of the value proposition of V-Nova’s product and solutions and its activation through selected channels for visibility and lead generation. The role will include responsibility for executing go-to-market activities in co-operation with the other necessary functions within the organisation; sales and solution.


The role is responsible for articulating and packaging the solutions’ value messages, generating the necessary collateral, technical documentation and sales packs. The Product Marketing Manager supports Solution Managers in the activation of the direct sales force through regular training sessions and works very closely with the Marketing Managers responsible for activation through the other channels, including partners and resellers. The output of the Product Marketing Manager is also utilised as the basis for product-related communication to the market.


The ideal candidate will have either a technical or marketing background, with some experience in product marketing and a clear ability to match product benefits to customer needs.


  • Considers requirements from stakeholders across the organisation including sales, business development, executive management, research/innovation and engineering, and executes the relevant go-to-market plans.
  • Performs market analysis to gain essential insight in the planning and execution of products and solutions go-to-market. Advices the business accordingly based on quantitative data and subjective evaluation.
  • Creates impactful collateral for V-Nova products and solutions (in conjunction with Product & Solution Managers) with clear articulation of the unique value proposition. Deploys successfully within the organisation and consistently across all channels (marketing, sales, other).
  • Communicates the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develops the sales tools that support the selling process of V-Nova’s products.
  • Ensures consistency of style and approach across the company, building brand value.
  • Establishes processes and frameworks that enable high quality, professional output to be consistently produced. Is instrumental in developing a culture of quality marketing within the company.
  • Generates reports and white papers for substantiating technology claims in the market. Tracks customer evaluations and generates reports for marketing purposes.
  • Supports appropriate planning for exhibitions and roadshows to showcase the product value.
  • Supports budgeting for product and solutions marketing activities, and ensures that activities deliver value for money.
  • Manages specific communication channels to convey product messages to our audience, including webinar series’, blogging programs, etc.


  • Proof of Technical or Marketing experience (qualification and/or on the job)
  • Product marketing of hardware/software/SDK as a B2B vendor
